I did some nice things over the holidays, but didn’t document as I went...

Right now, I’m thinking I may take January off from this blog.  Maybe it’s the end of this blog?

Today, I gave a little cash to a mother of two, panhandling outside the grocery store.

Psoriasis Foundation

Nothing for the world yesterday.

Today, $10 to the Psoriasis Foundation.  I’ve suffered from milde psoriasis my entire adult life, as do some of my family members.  Severe psoriasis is a terrible, terrible condition.  I’m very lucky that mine is mild.

Watch to Toys for Tots

Didn’t do anything for the world yesterday.  Today, I donated my daughter’s unused watch, which she received as a gift, to Toys for Tots.

Today, while buying my daughter’s Christmas presents, I donated to RAINN, a sexual assault prevention organization.

Today, I donated to Jazz at Lincoln Center.  Love to attend shows there when I’m in NYC!

5k for a cause

This morning, my wife, daughter, and I ran a 5k, proceeds of which benefit “Women Giving Back,” who distributes clothing at no cost to those in need.

This was my first full 5k run since September, when a retina problem sidelined me from running.

Felt great to be out there again.
