I've decided to try a 30 day program to improve my life in simple ways. I did not invent this approach. Simply put, at the beginning of each month, I'll pick a habit or other aspect of my life that I'd like to change (add or subtract) and commit to it for the month.
Bought these in an airport. They didn't even last the entire trip before one side stopped working. Complete with extra rubber earcups. To the landfiil!
