I've decided to try a 30 day program to improve my life in simple ways. I did not invent this approach. Simply put, at the beginning of each month, I'll pick a habit or other aspect of my life that I'd like to change (add or subtract) and commit to it for the month.
This morning, I got the chance to go out and help a gentleman in my neighborhood who was picking up another neighbor’s recycling can and contents that had blown into the street.
